This Privacy Policy explains how Oded Lipsitz, doing business as TradingXYZ.com ("TradingXYZ", "we", "us") handles information across our websites and products, including TradeLogger (collectively, the "Services").
Who we are
TradingXYZ is an independently operated software studio. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. We provide software tools for traders to organize and analyze their own trading activity.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide to use a product, such as your email address and login credentials.
- Brokerage data you authorize us to access. When you connect a brokerage account (for example, via the Charles Schwab API), you authorize us to retrieve transaction, position, balance, and related account data on your behalf. We access this data only to provide the Services to you.
- Data you enter directly into a product, such as notes, tags, strategies, and manual entries.
- Technical data such as log and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the Services.
How we use information
- To operate the Services and show you your own trading data and analytics.
- To maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Services.
- To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
We do not sell your personal or brokerage data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Brokerage connections
When you link a brokerage account through a third-party API such as Charles Schwab, that connection is governed by the broker's own authorization (OAuth) and terms. We store only the tokens and data necessary to provide the Services, and you can disconnect a linked account at any time. Revoking access at your broker will stop further data retrieval.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Services: with infrastructure and hosting providers acting on our behalf, or where required by law. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and disconnect linked brokerage accounts, by using the product or contacting us at admin@tradingxyz.com.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
